New to Pilates?
We recommend beginning with a private session for the most personalized introduction. This one-on-one experience is thoughtfully tailored to your body, movement patterns, and personal goals. Creating strong, intentional foundation from the very start.
If you prefer a group environment, our Total Build Beginner class offers a thoughtful introduction to the fundamentals.
New to Pilates Architecture?
If you have Pilates experience, we invite you to explore our full range of classes. Our New Client Special is a great way to experience the studio and find the classes that best fit your routine.
You're also welcome to book a Private Session for a more personalized experience. Private sessions allow for individualized attention, precise cueing, and a program tailored specifically to your body and goals, with the instructor's full attention focused entirely on you. We utilize a full range of Pilates equipment, including the Cadillac, Reformer, chair, and other specialized apparatus.
